Our high-energy, choreographed dance sequences engage both body and brain, and you don’t have to be a an experienced dancer to master them. Strength-training targets both major and minor muscle groups, and content is ever-evolving. Our classes are designed to test your limits, but with a bit of practice (and a lot of sweat!), everyone succeeds here. It’s about progress, not perfection.

Celebrity stylist turned fitness trainer Audrey Slater is the former fashion director of REDBOOK and SHAPE magazines. During her long career as an editor, Audrey gained unparalleled access to her native New York’s elite boutique fitness scene, styling and training alongside experts and innovators such as Anna Kaiser, Jillian Michaels and Tracy Anderson. Her years as a member of the industry’s most exclusive dance cardio programs gave Audrey the tools and knowledge to create the Sound Body Studio technique––it is the only one of its kind on the Connecticut Shoreline.
